Profile
- BTS / License in Tourism training or 2 years of experience in the tourism sector
- Prior knowledge of destination not required
- Knowledge of Amadeus Air preferred but not required
- Good command of French (oral and written) and English (school or higher)
- Computer skills, office pack and internet
- Autonomy, commercial sense, rigor, sense of organization
Tasks
- Physical and telephone reception, advice
- Editing and monitoring of files (quotes, programs, invoicing)
- Preparation of travel diaries
- Management of telephone inquiries and via our website
