SPECIAL CONDITIONSOF SALE

1 - Price

The price tables for each trip or stay contain a precise indication of the services included in the fixed prices offered. They do not include all services prior to check-in at the departure airport or after return from the airport. The prices displayed on this site are not contractual, so prices must be confirmed during registration.
Unless otherwise indicated, our prices do not include:
-The costs of administrative documents necessary for the trip.
-Carrier fees and tips.
-Airport taxes.
-Drinks, bar fees and personal expenses.
-Meals at stopovers during transit.

Please note that in the event of a change in exchange rates or modification of economic conditions, the agency reserves the right to modify its selling prices in accordance with decree n ° 83-42 / A relating to travel advertising. and stays.

2– Duration of the trip

Our prices are fixed and are calculated on the number of nights and not of days. They take into account the travel time in the duration of the package.
If for example, for reasons of schedules imposed by the carriers, the arrival takes place at the end of the day and the departure at the beginning of the morning, no refund can be granted. It should be considered that the first day and the last day of the trip are devoted to transport.

3 - Assignment of travel contract

(Cf. article 99 of the general conditions of sale)
The transfer of a travel contract by the purchaser entails administrative costs which will be invoiced to the transferee, up to 40 euros per person.

4 - Rules

A 30% deposit is due upon registration to confirm the reservation. The balance is paid 45 days before the date of departure. The customer who has not paid the balance on the agreed date is considered to have canceled without being able to take advantage of this cancellation. For orders made less than 45 days before departure, full payment is required.

5 - Air transport

The air carrier reserves the right in the event of force majeure to transport customers by any mode of transport of its choice, without compensation being able to be claimed by the passengers concerned. The intensity of air traffic and safety requirements cannot be compensated.

6 - Luggage

Baggage weight is limited to 20kg per adult passenger on scheduled international flights and 20kg on charter and domestic flights. It is recommended to bring solid luggage and not to leave any fragile objects (camera, camera, etc.). In addition, don't forget to take out optional luggage insurance if you want your luggage to be insured.

7 - Travel modifications due to the agency

Before the trip: in the event that essential elements of the trip or stay are modified by the organizing agency or for reasons inspired by the interests or safety of the traveler, the latter may terminate his reservation by obtaining a refund of all sums paid without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered. However, if he decides to participate in the modified trip, he thereby waives any claim against the travel agency relating to the modifications made to the trip.
The insufficient number of participants can be a valid reason for cancellation, provided that the customer was informed at the time of registration of the date beyond which this cancellation can occur. The cancellation will be brought to the attention of the traveler at least 21 days before departure.

During the trip: in the event that the organizing agency is forced to modify elements essential to the progress of the trip or stay once it has started and due to circumstances that are not attributable to him, the traveler will be entitled to on his return to request reimbursement of services not performed and not replaced, to the exclusion of all damages.

8 - Modifications due to the traveler

Before departure: any modification of destination, name, date of departure or return is considered as a cancellation and a new reservation. Refer to the cancellation conditions.
During the trip, the traveler cannot, except with the prior agreement of the organizer, modify the course of his trip. The costs of unauthorized modification remain entirely at its expense without it being able to claim reimbursement of services from which it would not have benefited as a result of these modifications.

9 - Child discounts

-Children under 2 years old: 10% of the corresponding adult package. They don't have a plane seat to reserve.
-Children from 2 to 12 years old: Reductions are applied on condition of staying in the room of two adults, 1 child per room).

10 - Formalities

The travel agency cannot be held responsible in the event that the customer is unable to meet the health conditions, as well as the police or customs checks. The information on this site is intended for French nationals. In the case of registration of nationals of other nationalities, only the consultants are able to give the exact information.

11 - Drinks

Some hotels offer a quarter of wine in their pension formula. It is, unless otherwise specified, one bottle (70 cl) for four people per meal. Drinks are not included in the price of trips unless otherwise specified.

12 - Services without air transport

In the case of the sale of additional land packages based on week prices only, a lump sum of 30 euros per file would be charged.

13 - Minor children

The exit from France of minor children who do not have a valid passport is subject to certain formalities. Check with the police station or town hall.

15 - After-sales

Any complaint must be made to the ENC agency and sent to our organization in writing within 30 days of returning from the trip. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account.

TERMS OF CANCELATION

Any cancellation must be notified by the customer, either by email or by fax with confirmation of receipt from Egypt Nile Cruises.

The existence of numerous intermediaries (hoteliers, transporters, etc.) and of payment deadlines imposed by them on travel organizers justifies the perception of cancellation fees which are all the more important as the departure date approaches. In the event of cancellation by the customer, the reimbursement of the sums paid will be made after deduction of the amounts specified below:
  • Cancellation more than 45 days before departure: penalty of 30% of the balance
  • Cancellation less than 45 days before departure: penalty of 100% of the balance
We remind you that any place abandoned by the passenger on the outward or return journey will not give rise to reimbursement. Likewise, any postponement of the flight to another flight or to a scheduled flight desired by the customer implies payment for the new flight at the normal rate in addition to the initial service. It should be noted that the failure to reconfirm or not to occupy the place reserved on a specific flight may result in the loss of the return flight.
